So this is still the busiest week ever. I'm less than halfway done on all the assignments that are due this week. Yet I'm typing away on my blog. Lovely.
I can't get enough Thrice. Thrice was one of the two bands that influenced my childhood (7th grade and beyond). The other is blink 182. Ever since I got the dvd/cd, I can't stop listening to Thrice. Which is nice, because I've been listening to other stuff lately. Amazing, amazing. And did I write that they're amazing? My favorite song on the cd is the acoustic version of "Stare at the Sun". I can't wait for their next cd.
The last time I went to a show was in the summer of 2002, I think. At the House of Blues in Anaheim. Amazing experience. I don't like going to shows anymore though because I'm a bit claustrophobic, and I'm short (5 ft. 3 in.). I can barely see anything! I wish I could stand shows, that would probably make me more of a fan. Sigh.

that's so funny how blink both influenced us. haha. i haven't even been to a blink 182 concert, isn't that sad? if they start playing shows again, i'll have to go.
just the idea that people write songs because they love music and want to share their passion with the public is a very noble thing.
that's awesome that you can tolerate and enjoy being at a show. i'm just weird.
